Each keepsake is made to order. Please allow the current processing time shown on the product page, followed by delivery time. We will contact you if anything affects your order.

Choose your keepsake and any available options, add it to your basket, and complete checkout. After ordering, follow the instructions provided for sending your breast milk or other keepsake material.

Please follow the collection, packaging and postage instructions supplied with your order. Use a secure, leak-proof container and include your order number so we can match your materials to your order. Contact us before posting if you need another copy of the instructions.

Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. For rings, measure the intended finger carefully using the guide; for bracelets and necklaces, measure where you would like the piece to sit. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.

Keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, lotions and household chemicals. Remove it before bathing, swimming or exercise, and store it dry in a soft pouch or box. Follow any care instructions supplied with your piece.
